Hillside Festival 2017: Lisa LeBlanc

At the Island Stage Lisa LeBlanc tore it up with her charisma and energy.  Originally from Rosaireville, New Brunswick, LeBlanc started her singer-songwriter- banjo playing abilities. For the last five years she’s toured with her band, and sold 140 000 records in two continents.

She held her own at the Island stage at Hillside Festival. She played her original English and French melodies, did not hold back in her performance, and had us dancing the afternoon away.
She is a must see! High energy packed into her small 26 year old frame. But don’t let her short stature fool you. She will win in any banjo shredding contest, and can play a mean Triangle!
